A small table lamp by Verrerie d’Art Degué, with etched glass shade and blackened iron frame. Produced during the interwar period, Degué’s work sits within the French Art Deco movement, known for its use of acid-etched glass and layered colour.

The bell-shaped shade in yellow glass with orange and brown powder inclusions, acid-etched, signed ‘Degué’ to the rim.

The frame in blackened iron, pierced and worked with stylised foliage, fruit and spiral details. Open in construction, with a slightly irregular, hand-worked feel.

Good age-appropriate condition. Professionally rewired and PAT tested.
