An early 20th-century Swedish ceiling lamp, with an orange glass dome surrounded by hammered wrought iron, Greek-key motifs and small candle holders. Three long worked chains suspend the elaborate structure, allowing the hanging height to be adjusted.
When illuminated, the glass turns a deep amber against the blackened iron, picking out all the irregularities of its hand-worked surface.
Professionally rewired for a central bulb fitting and PAT tested. The external fittings can also hold candles.
